Abrams Ogunlesi will be a new commercial bank which will be based in New York, Lagos and London, where there will be three head offices serving each market The United States, Africa and The United Kingdom. It will be both commercial and have a retail element, as retail serves a function in the community even as popular as mobile banking has become.

As a commercial bank, It will act as a vital financial intermediary by accepting deposits from the public and providing loans to individuals and businesses. Banks fuel economic growth by enabling capital investment, offering payment services, creating money via credit, and providing financial security services.

The bank will be administrated by JP. Morgan. J.P. Morgan is a global financial services firm and the world's largest bank by market capitalization, It provides investment banking, asset management, commercial banking, and treasury services to corporations, governments, and individuals in over 100 countries. The firm is part of JPMorgan Chase & Co..

There will be new ideas in banking such as wealth management for all incomes, wealth management is a comprehensive, tailored financial advisory service for individuals, combining investment management, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning into a single, holistic strategy. It focuses on growing, preserving, and transferring wealth through personalized advice.

There will also be child accounts parents can set up for their children or teenagers and control spending through the app.

There will be new retail locations in the three markets mentioned earlier, The United States, Africa and The United Kingdom, these will be large locations with coffee shops offering free coffee and refreshments whilst customers wait to be seen.

Abrams Ogunlesi will acquire St James Place Wealth Management, one of the worlds largest wealth managers with a presence in The United Kingdom and Dubai, a leading firm, founded in 1991 and listed on the FTSE 100, that provides face-to-face financial planning to over 1,000,000 clients.

He is known for his role in re-establishing the family name in Parisian banking, his ownership of major vineyard estates, his leadership in horse racing, and his investment in media.
